Main objective of this role:
·    To develop and monitor the team to deliver quality services to Tesco at all times. ·    To work with global Tesco KAM team  in developing clients' supply chain, improve supply chain's efficiency and finally deliver cost saving to Tesco ·    Grow Damco's profitability with Tesco through identify, propose and develop new business and grow existing business with Tesco ·    To implement the development projects at origin, as well as supporting/guiding the destination management teams ·    Ensure that best practices are shared internally to generate new and develop other current business Tasks and Responsibility: ·    Identify opportunities and develop commercial pipeline for new opportunities. Frequently review pipelines and follow up on progress ·    Regular contact with client to maintain & develop relationship and identify addition business, penetrate in client's organization to establish contact with logistics decision makers and influencers ·    Work with various Damco internal teams to develop and execute new development projects ·    Proactively and continuously find new ways of improving service levels and efficiencies in the day- to-day operations and drive same across origins ·    Take an active part in information sharing and take interest in developing the necessary skills and knowledge to perform at higher level ·    Run process reviews with origins and improve operational process flow across origins ·    Identify and execute tactics designed to solve specified operational problems ·    Offer solutions to directly improve the quality of the client's logistics solution

Required Job Knowledge & Competency ·    Board knowledge of Logistics & supply chain ·    Good understanding on operation and project management ·    Knowledge on NVOCC operations ·    Preferred to have Key Account Management Experience ·    Required Communication skills ·    Excellent skills in communicating, listening and advising ·    Ability to explain facts, practices, policies, etc. to both internal & external parties ·    Ability to maintain close working relationships with clients at the managerial level ·    Proactively and continuously share best practice with and across origin teams, taking a leading role in improving the origins understanding and knowledge of the client business ·    Active dialogue with clients independently Performance will be measured on: ·    Achieve Tesco growth CM1 target ·    Achieve additional new business landing Target

·    Feedback from client on relationship and communication efficiencies, as reflected in customer satisfaction survey

Learning opportunities in this role: ·    Knowledge in supply chain and retailer market ·    Project management skill ·    Manage multiple stakeholders across different locations
