Construction Team Leader

As Construction Team Leader your main responsibilities will include

Provide engineering support to the construction team including; work pack reviews, material requisition and control, preparation of on-site engineering documentation.
Understand and ensure compliance with appropriate technical standards and specifications.
Lead and manage a multi-discipline construction team.
Understand construction/commissioning activities and methods.
Understand client PTW / TRA processes.
Execute construction and commissioning activities.
Prepare resource plans to ensure suitable resources are available to execute the works, in accordance with the agreed plan
Input and support to daily and weekly planning schedules and co-ordination meetings.
Involvement with the management of and input to shutdown planning.
Co-ordinate the mobilisation and de-mobilisation of resources.
Review and execute construction plans.
Act as co-ordinator for administrative duties, permitry etc to ensure the efficient and effective utilisation of resources.
Monitor progress and report on performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
