As Senior Instrument Engineer your main responsibilities will include

Carry out Brownfield modifications work across offshore and onshore assets
Supervision of assigned discipline personnel including Instrument Engineers, Graduate Engineers and Designers.
Give technical direction and guidance to engineering and design personnel.

Education & Qualifications:
Degree in an instrument engineering related discipline.
HNC or equivalent in an instrument engineering related discipline.
Chartered

Specific Training / Specialist Skills:
Knowledge & practical application of some or all of the following engineering topics:
Field Instrumentation - Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level, Pneumatics etc
Wellhead Control Panels / Hydraulic Power Units ( WHCP / HPU )
Instrumentation / Equipment for use in Hazardous Areas.
Control Valves, Shutdown Valves, Choke Valves and PSV's
Diverse Protection Systems - HIPPS, IOPPS etc
Emergency / Process Shutdown ( ESD / PSD ) Systems
Fire and Gas ( F & G ) Systems
Process / Distributed Control Systems ( PCS / DCS )
Sub-Sea Control Systems ( SSCS )
Programmable Logic Controllers ( PLC )
Metering Systems
Package Vendor Interface Management
BOSIET/FOET Offshore Survival Certificate and Medical required

Experience:
Extensive knowledge of field instruments, hydraulic power units, Analysers etc and be familiar with the creation of workpacks and workpack deliverables e.g. instrument data sheets, material requisitions, inspection matrices etc
