Our client is a leading global Exploration and Production Oil & Gas business with assets through the North Sea, and currently developing new fields. They are now seeking 2 back to back Offshore HSE Advisors for a drilling campaign in Denmark.
Position Overview
The HSE offshore Advisor is the day-to-day offshore interface with all onboard staff and contractors. In this role you will apply HSE analytical, technical, and industry knowledge, standards and practices to drive continuous HSE performance and improvement. Working very closely with well site leadership and rig contractor to identify the HSE best solutions and practices to operations. They provide constant onsite support and coaching to help ensure HSE systems are fully understood, implemented and sustained by the work crews.
Experience Required
Qualified HSE professional with drilling experience, ideally in the North Sea
Experience in an Operator type HSE role managing Interfaces between Companies, Contractors and Service Providers
Good communicator and influencer
Able to develop Bridging documentation with good IT and technical writing skills

Minimum of a NEBOSH general certificate
5 years HSE in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in Drilling and Completion operations
