As Principal Instrument Engineer your main responsibilities will include
Day to day supervision of the instrument section engineers and designers assigned to an asset or a project
Ensure that project discipline engineering activities are executed within budget and schedule, while maintaining technical integrity
Deputise for Lead Instrument Engineer as required
Ensure correct execution of instrument engineering activities (Concept, Front End Engineering Development, Technical Study & Detailed Design)
