' Role: Corporate Training and Development Manager
' Salary: Circa $46,500US / '30,000UK / 38,150 Euros TAX FREE per annum

' Berthing: Single cabin
' Flights: Provided back and forth by the company
' Contract: 4 months on and 2 months off rotating contracts

' Required: You will be eligible to come to the UK (and probably work) without the need for visa or sponsorship
' Travel: You will be willing and able to travel from ship to ship across the fleet

The Brilliant Role
Working within a great cruise team, you will be supporting the development and creation of new leadership material. Your role will be to act as an ambassador for the company and move from vessel to vessel (yes, you will be 'floating' around the company fleet) to ensure the training 'needs' are implemented and facilitated. You will be presenting different training sessions, classes, coaching, developing and mentoring all levels of professionals on-board the ship. Working with the senior leaders to identify and running TNA's you will be able to proactively recognise where the training gaps are and find a way to 'up-skill' the necessary areas. Skilled at reviewing guest comment cards and seeing where the added value can be achieved, this position will be one of large importance to the company.

You the Exciting Trainer
You will have worked on-board or shore side in a hotel (or similar) in a fabulous cruise line company. You will be experienced of running, creating, training and facilitating training sessions including induction programs to leadership development workshops. You will be happy to travel from ship to ship and in a rather nomadic way and be able to adjust, adapt and metamorphosise from one vessel to another with ease. Your relationship skills will be exceptional and your personal presentation immaculate. You won't mind working on your own or in teams and will be a fabulous and quick networker to establish trust, respect and buy-in from the shipboard teams you will be working with. If you have worked at sea before as a T&D Manager then it will certainly be a benefit. The understanding of being able to deal with the excitement of 'ship-life' and the awareness of how T&D is received on-board cruise liners is a massive plus. You will also be able to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship or visa when invited to the company head office to work.
