Specialist Engineer - Functional Safety

As Specialist Engineer - Functional Safety your main responsibilities will include

Delivering in a timely manner analysis reports
Conducting tasks within agreed time scales and budgets and reporting status and deviations to the Discipline Principal Engineer.
Support the Principal Analysis Engineer in the development and improvement of the Analysis discipline
Mentoring of Analysis Engineers within the Systems Analysis Team and other engineers as engineers as required.
Ensure documents are fit for purpose & meet all client requirements
Participate in Technical Forums in the Analysis discipline
Support project and tender teams on technical development issues and give technical advice in area of expertise.
Engineering duties on Tendering, Study and Project work, including advising on system specification, documentation and report progress to the Discipline Principal Engineer
Ensure system & components are fit for purpose & meet all statutory requirements
Participate in system design at system design reviews & ensure that work package design achieves system requirements.
Develop local working instructions as required
