As Senior Group Quality Systems Advisor your main responsibilities will include
Support the Company Management Review processes both at Global and regional levels
Provide administrative support to maintain third party certification approvals of the BMS.
Provide administrative support to the company's corrective and preventive action system and maintain feedback systems to address management of lessons learned
Maintain all Quality & Business Improvement processes and associated documentation in addition to specific BMS governance documentation.
Maintain effective BMS change control including issue of BMS document numbering ensuring all changes are communicated accordingly
Compile and distribute periodic quality systems performance reports including BMS, audit, knowledge management corrective and preventive action processes and in support of continuous improvement activities.
Provide BMS training and technical support to Agility Document Administrators
Liaise with Process Owners on their business process performance including recurring reviews and document feedback.
Develop and maintain global third party audit schedules as appropriate.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Compile and distribute an annual consolidated audit report detailing company audit/verification/inspection compliance results
Specified Qualifications:
Certificate in Quality Management preferred
Skills
IT skilled with data input / handling experience and working with databases.
Experience:
Experience in Management System administration, maintenance and development.
Experience working in Quality disciplines and experience working with Management Systems in a similar project management environment.
Auditing experience is essential
Understanding of root cause analysis tools and techniques, trained in TapRootTM Incident Investigation Analysis or equivalent preferred
