Key Responsibilities
:
-To send quotes to clients within Damco standards
-To monitor quotes with clients and close deals
-To ensure telesales while contacting potential customers by telephone
- To seek proper understanding of our customer requirements and their shipments from internal and external sales executives
-To respond to enquiries and find effective solutions for clients within agreed deadlines
-To ensure prompt update of pricing for the smooth running of the department
-To develop and maintain good dialogue and rapport with Damco's agents and customers alike
-To ensure 100% adherence to internal operating procedures
