Expeditor

Our client is an international energy services company operating in engineering & production facilities, well support and gas turbine services. Employing over 28,000 personnel worldwide they operate in 50 countries

As Expeditor your main responsibilities will include

Ensure the availability of purchased materials and the relevant handling of documentation at established delivery points in accordance with order conditions and within scheduled time limits.
Daily expediting from Maximo Reports to ensure the timely delivery of materials, whilst corresponding with vendors.
Daily expediting from Maximo Reports to ensure the timely delivery of repair quotations, whilst corresponding with vendors.
Liaise woth Accounts Payable to progress Invoicing Queries
Obtain POD's & Certification
Liaising with on shore and vendors
Update Invoicing and expediting report/ spreadsheet.
Archive reports and correspondence.
File expeditor copies of Purchase Orders.
Conduct all activities within the company code of ethics, HSE Policy, Business Management System Policy, Procedures and Work Instructions

Education & Qualifications:
Standard Grades/ GCSE or Highers (or equivalent) is mandatory
