Support Manager FSO Operations
The Support Manager will act under the direction of the Head of FSO Operations and assist him as required to operate the two FSO's controlled by the Company in a safe and efficient manner with particular reference to ensuring that proper operational and safety procedures are in place and up to date.

Provide operational and technical support to the personnel on board FSOs, monitor performance, HSE issues and be pro-active in order to support a safe and incident free operation.
Prepare and update documentation and manuals related to FSO Operations.
Review and comment on current Safety Management System and Ship Specific Procedures on the FSOs chartered by MOQ.
Write and prepare for approval new Procedures and Guidelines as required by Marine Department and as per MOQ Corporate Standards.
Assist the Head of FSO Operations in liaising closely with other departments to promote cross departmental co-operation to ensure that in-house knowledge and expertise is used to extent possible in order to have a efficient and safe FSO Operation.
Ensure that all FSOs are operated in a safe and efficient manner and in full accordance with current Safety Procedures, relevant legislative regulations and the Ship Specific Safety Management Systems.
Participate in the investigation and follow up on incidents and near misses occurring on the FSOs.
Regular offshore visits to support an engrained safety culture on the FSOs.
Run safety campaigns and promote reporting of Near Misses, unsafe acts and incidents.
Who we are looking for
Relevant Engineering and/or bachelor degree.
Minimum 10 years work experiences within Offshore and/or Maritime industry.
The Support Manager FSO Operations should have a broad knowledge of the Offshore Industry as well as the Maritime Industry.
It is expected that the candidate has practical work experiences from offshore fixed or floating production facilities.
Previous experiences from the Maritime Industry would be an advantage.
English skills on a professional level both verbally and written is essential.
