Brilliant Cruise Bar Manager Role

The Role:
Managing the whole shipboard beverage function including the many outlets on the vessel, the dining rooms, and the room service facitlity in 'wet' products. The role manages an international team of over 70 and will be involved in exceptional sanitation standards.

A superb salary which is topped up also with heavy bonuses, living in a single cabin and working on a 4/2 contract paid 12 months of the year.

The Candidate:
You will have been shipboard previously as a Bar Manager with a quality Cruise Line company, or you will have managed a multi site beverage outlet (more than 5 bar outlets in one location). You will be immaculately presented and speak fluent English (with other languages an advantage). Working 7 days a week for a period of 4 months won't be a worry to you.
