Senior Geologist

Our client is an international upstream Oil & Gas company with the majority of its production carried out in North America, the North Sea and Southeast Asia and is committed to conducting its business safely, in an ethically, socially and environmentally responsible manner

As Senior Geologist your main responsibilities will include

Geological evaluation of exploration acreage, including regional reviews and prospect specific work
Generation of drilling prospects and monitoring and evaluation of well results
High quality geological input into development projects and ongoing field operations
Participation in multi-disciplinary project teams
Close liaison with operations staff and other internal staff

Education, Experience, Qualifications:
Degree qualified, preferably to MSc or higher level
Experience with a major operator
Strong technical background in petroleum geology
Good interpersonal skills
