As Senior/Principal Pipeline Analysis Engineer your main responsibilities will include

Perform technical analysis both at a conceptual and detailed level.
Develop/modify/evaluate the offshore construction methods using analytical and numerical analysis and appropriate use of engineering software.
Interface with other project disciplines and management of engineering activities particularly related to pipelines, flowlines and risers design and subsea intervention system.
Document analysis in the form of written reports and be able to present their findings concisely in meetings.
Efficiently communicate installation concept to members of other departments including Draughting, Commercial and Operations and any other personnel.
Interface with the other engineers to guarantee all analysis work is carried out with the common target of safety, optimising final cost and schedule.
Provide technical support to commercial and procurement activities during preparation of proposals.
Assist Project Engineers with preparation of offshore operations installation manuals including the initiation and maintaining of drawings and calculations for inclusion in procedures / manuals.
Train graduates and new engineers

Qualifications and Education
Engineering Degree - essential
Chartered Engineering status - desirable

Skills
Knowledge of relevant software - essential
Good working knowledge of appropriate and applicable industry standards - essential

Experience:
Familiar with Vessel, Crane and ROV operations/limitations, in order to improve analysis, operational schedule, procedures and safety - essential
Ability to manage interfaces, including other disciplines, drawing office, document control, project management, client and suppliers - essential
