As Snr/Principal Flexible Flowline & Riser Engineer your main responsibilities will include
Undertake studies where required on a wide range of flexible pipe subjects from new technology to life extension
Interface with installation analysis teams and offshore project teams
Be familiar with ancillary equipment relating to flexible pipe and interface with the manufacturers of such equipment
Advise projects on deepwater issues relating to flexible pipe
Provide day to day support for projects where required.
General Education:
Degree qualified in an appropriate subject is essential
A mechanical engineering degree would be desirable
Skills
Familiar with Flexcom and/or Orcaflex
Experience:
Recognised experience managing flexible pipe, engineering and study works relating to the supply and installation of riser and flowline projects is essential.
