§ Work in parallel with the MEA SAS Manager to identify, develop and target future Strategic Accounts that hold the return deliverable to DAMCO MEA greater than USD 100,000.00
§ Sell and review Supply Chains within Strategic Customers delivering a range of solutions from End to End
§ Work on your own initiative, along with the FS and KAM Sales Channels in developing and maintain a pipeline that reflects the core target customers that fit the DAMCO Strategic guidelines.
§ Develop FS and KAM channels to identifying potential, out of the box, Supply Chain Solutions with their customer bases where they can effectively leverage the role to develop a new business win using BD Engineering philosophy
§ Lead and expand Damco' strategic sales channel across the geography
§ Deliver strategic sales (new accounts) in accordance with Damco strategic target, commercial strategy and guidelines
§ Develop and maintain a personal Pipeline of Strategic Opportunities, as reflected within the CRM.
§ Support/lead development and business expansion of existing key accounts in conjunction with key account managers.
§ Manage and develop strategic sales pipeline in accordance with strategic sales targets and company sales methodologies and processes.
§ Prepare, lead and assist project implementation for new customers and contracts until adequately anchored with key accounts department.
§ Ensure our supplier relationships are maintained by treating suppliers with respect and honoring our commitments.
§ Monitor the sales performance and take corrective actions as necessary.
§ Work closely with in country Product Managers, CCO' and COO' to ensure that pipeline development is in line with expectations
§ Develop and drive Strategic Customers with SOP development, implementation timelines, Contract
Logistics roll outs and work in parallel with Implementation Team to ensure hand over proficiency
§ Manage BD Engineering process along with Cappex Depreciation modules against assets, investments and infrastructure.
§ Develop and implement KPI Monitoring for all Strategic Customers in the geography
§ Actively sell new business within Strategic Customers, in line with the Country' CM1 CRM Budgets and forecasts, whilst ensuring that Conversion performance is delivered within MEA expectations

§ Strategic business development and consultative selling experience.
