Our client is a major Mining and Oil & Gas production company based in Aberdeen and operating in the North Sea.
As an Integrity Engineer your main responsibilities will include
To provide justification for deferral of all planned inspection and monitoring activities;
To monitor and control expenditure, allocate and report costs as and when they are incurred against budget targets.
To ensure that all planned activities are captured within planning and logistic mechanisms.
To coordinate the preparation of all inspection workbooks.
To monitor and report the progress of all planned workscopes.
To prepare and issue Annual Reports that summarise work completed, assessment of results and suitable conclusions and recommendations.
To ensure that inspection management database, drawing packages and other data sets are suitably maintained.
To liaise with the pipelines, structural, offshore discipline personnel and shutdown co-ordinators to ensure efficient workscope completion.
To organise and lead Corrosion Management Team meetings and effectively track actions.
To assist in improving the Integrity Management System.
To participate in safety audits and carry out technical audits as required.
To act as Technical Authority for hydrocarbon containment Performance Standard
