As Materials Administrator / Analyst your main responsibilities will include
Create and maintain the Materials Master Data in the SAP R3 business system.
Carry out medium and long term material requirements planning, (30 days to 18 months), for stock material using SAP.
Manage the repair of company owned material including creating and expediting purchase orders
Qualifications/Experience
HND level qualification or SVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Previous experience in a inventory management role within the oil and gas industry preferred
Knowledge and understanding of Maintenance and/or Drilling materials and processes preferred
Knowledge and understanding of SAP MM module preferred
Understanding of material specification, certification and verification processes
This is a contract position
