3. Department: Finance and Accounting 4. Location: GSC, Chengdu 5. Job Purpose: To lead a dedicated team and operations for ATR in Finance and Accounting (F&A) activities in the Global Shared Service Centers 全球信息处理中心领导总账团队 6. Key Areas of Responsibility :

  
主要工作职责:

1)    Supervise the Performance of ATR to meet all the KPI targets. 管理总账,实现绩效考核指标 1.1.                Maintain and monitor performance of the team. 有效维持和监控团队绩效 1.2.                Initiate corrective and preventive action in areas affecting performance      对影响绩效行为及时采取纠正和预防措施 2)    Timely reporting to immediate Manager on day-to-day team performance and issues 及时将日常绩效及其他事项报告给直接主管经理 3)    Maintain adequate internal control and segregation of duties 设立和维持内部控制和权责分离 4)    Lead and motivate the team members, establish and appraise on staff performance/potentiality, mentoring & coaching etc. 领导和激励团队成员,实施团队成员绩效/潜能评估,对团队成员进行指导等 5)    Improve the working process for ATR team, in order to be more effective 改进总账工作流程 6)    Coach ATR team members to follow the standardized processes of accounting and reporting 指导总账小组成员执行财务报告标准流程 7)    Assist in line manager for Global/local project according to the timetable and requirements. 协助主管经理根据时间表和要求参与完成全球/本地项目 8)    Complete other tasks assigned by superior. 完成上级主管安排的其他工作 9)     Staff administration in the form of leave planning, shift scheduling, maintaining overall compliance with staff policies. 员工行政事务管理包括假期计划,班次安排,员工守则的遵从等 10) Establish and maintain Training plans for staff under responsibility. 制定和及时更新下属员工的培训计划 11) Encourage best practice sharing amongst teams within GSC and promote standardisation. 鼓励团队内部最优方法分享,促进流程标准化 12) Practice APM-M Group culture, values and reputation, ensure compliance with APM-M Group policies 遵循马士基集团文化,价值观,及公司各项政策

  Candidates must meet below criteria:

   
申请者必须满足以下条件:

1.Work experience   工作经验  5 years Accounting-related working experience of which 2-3 years in leadership positions  5 年以上会计相关工作经验,其中2-3年团队管理经验 2.University degree in Accounting or related 会计或者相关本科学历 3.Fluent in English (both written and spoken) 书面及口头英语流利 4.Microsoft office (excel is a must) 熟练运用办公软件

Candidates preferably  meet below criteria

1.    Leadership experience in ATR 总帐团队管理经验 2.    Passed all exams of ACCA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent certificates ACCA/CPA/CIMA或其他等同会计资格证70%通过 3.    ERP experience ERP 系统经验 4.    Prior experience in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) / MNC (Multi-National        Corporation) 外包行业/跨国公司工作经验
