Workpack Engineer Piping/Structural

Our client is an international energy services company operating in engineering & production facilities, well support and gas turbine services. Employing over 28,000 personnel worldwide they operate in 50 countries

As Workpack Engineer Piping/Structural your main responsibilities will include

Liaise with the Design Team to ensure constructability is built in during the early design phase of each work activity as required
Ensure all services requirements are identified and subsequently available to support and deliver the work activities.
Production of accurate normed estimates and associated jobcards for all approved work activities
Provision of Construction Method Statements..
Attend and positively contribute to all Risk Assessment, HAZIDS, Constructability Reviews and similar sessions as required.
Delivery of Construction workpacks and associated jobcards utilising the Project templates for work activities as per the requirements of the workpack schedule.
Liaise with Construction Co-ordinator, Procurement and QA to ensure that each workpack is accurate and reflects the requirements of the specific work packages
Provide assistance to offshore Construction team members as required during survey and execution phases of the work. .

Specific Training / Specialist Skills:
Current survival/medical and MIST.

Experience:
Experience in a similar workpack development engineer role is a requirement for this position.
Familiar and competent in the utilisation of Design Package information, Piping Isometrics, Structural Drawings and P&ID's
