Do you want to unfold your IT and people management skills in the centre of A.P. Moller - Maersk Group? Then you could be our new Team Leader in Headquarters IT Support. We belong to the Corporate Service Centre and are responsible for providing IT support to A.P. Moller - Maersk Headquarters in Copenhagen.

Spearhead the onsite IT Support team and drive designated IT projects

As Team Leader you will spearhead the onsite IT Support team of 8 professional colleagues and focus on smooth and efficient operations. As such you will support your team in order to ensure that we provide first-class support to our customers at all times.

You report to the Head of Headquarters IT Support.

IT-practised with proven track record

To be considered for the position, you should hold a track record reflecting years of experience from an IT operations environment. Through your career you have acquired IT competencies spanning e.g. MCP Windows Server 2008, Active Directory - Level II, DNS servers with DHCP, and print servers and printer deployment. Furthermore, you are certified within ITIL Foundations in ITIL V3, and preferably also in Cisco, Microsoft or VMware. You have already displayed that you can successfully drive minor and major IT projects to the finish line, and you know how to drive development processes forward. Your educational background could be a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, however, a vast amount of experience could compensate for a degree.

On a personal level, you are known for your strong communication skills and proactive behaviour, and you thrive on setting direction. At the same time, you are a team player who contributes to the team to secure progress and create results, and you know how to foster a good team spirit. Besides these qualities, you have fluency in written and spoken English. Applying for the position as team leader, you will also need solid leadership skills obtained from a similar role.
