Offshore Materials Coordinator

Our client is an international consortium of several major Oil & Gas companies

They are currently recruiting for the position of Offshore Materials Coordinator, based Baku Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan local national salary and terms of employment apply to this position.

Main responsibilities will include:
Ensure all materials shipped from the installation are compliant with the appropriate legislative and policy requirements (e.g. COSHH, dangerous goods, Waste regulations, shipping of explosives, certification etc)
Ensure all materials received at the installation are compliant with the appropriate legislative and policy requirements (e.g. COSHH, dangerous goods, Waste regulations, shipping of explosives, certification etc)
Coordinate Installation supply vessel activity to ensure that all vessels and turned around and released as required / planned
Provide detailed and planned back load information lists and all relevant parties in approved common format
Raise Materials Request Lists from
Maintain Master Equipment List offshore
Cross reference & confirm received materials offshore against manifest and report any non conformance
Issue requests for equipment and personnel call-off
