To support this change the Systems & Processes team in Corporate HR is responsible for the design and development of global HR processes, roll-out of SAP HCM modules, strategic reporting and people solutions in close cooperation with our Global Business Partners as well as the local HR community in our locations.
The role
You will be a part of the team who drives changes through HRIS activities and projects. In your role you will be globally responsible for the overall quality of HR data, support users across locations in use of HR systems and global HR processes.
You will also be a key member of our global Super User network and the natural focal point for Super Users across the world.
It is furthermore expected of you to actively participate in conceptual discussions around processes, HRIS and reporting.
Main tasks and responsibilities
· Responsible (not accountable) for the overall quality of HR data in SAP HCM.
· A key member and coordinator of the existing HR IS Super User network.
· Actively engage in the discussions and decision making regarding HR IS landscape, the use of HR IS and processes related to it.
· Prepare material / deliver / provide support with training and re-training of end users.
· Provide ad-hoc support in the use of HR systems incl. troubleshooting and problem solving.
Background
You have experience with HR Operations combined with experience in working with global HR IT systems and you are an experienced user of SAP HCM. You are used to work in a fast pace organisation and you enjoy seeing your efforts turn into real value in the organisation. You have experience in working in an international environment and collaborating across different cultures. Experience with Microsoft Office tools is expected.
