As Proposals Co-ordinator your main responsibilities will include
Review invitation documentation, identify basic information required and prepare an index for tender kick off meeting.
Set-up project within Management System and Risk Dashboard.
Attend tender kick-off and progress meetings.
Record, distribute and maintain proposal documentation/ correspondence.
Collate information received from bid teams and format proposals in accordance with corporate guidelines.
Co-ordinate proposals production and administer copying, binding etc.
Arrange for tenders to be delivered prior to the deadline.
Advise and assist Bid Managers with tendering process, authorisation matrices, the Tender Risk Policy and the Risk Dashboard.
Prepare presentation material/ advice on content of presentation material.
Collect bid data, compile and maintain catalogue of best practice bid responses and make available to bid teams.
Maintain tendering records including lessons learnt.
Assist in editorial duties from time to time
Input to executive summaries
