As Senior ICSS Engineer your main responsibilities will include
Approval, checking and preparation of design/engineering documentation.
Develop and enhance processes and systems for wider use in the discipline.
Ensure work is carried out in accordance with relevant Codes, Standards and Procedures.
Ensure delivery of all aspects of discipline design, specification and procurement of the project to cost, schedule and quality criteria.
Ensure technical integrity of all discipline deliverables on the project.
Report periodically progress status to the line and function reporting lines.
Ensure all interfaces to other disciplines are clearly defined and correctly engineered.
Maintain and develop current awareness of relevant engineering technology & codes and standards.
Liaise with other disciplines, departments, project personnel and contractors.
Ensure the design comply with local authority rules and regulations.
Follow up (as Company representative) Instrument and multidiscipline packages.
Follow up/Perform check of project documentation
Co-ordination to identify interface requirements for packages supplied by the company.
Participate in SIL classification, project meetings, HAZOPs and other review meetings
Participate in commissioning activities on and offshore
Manage all aspects of the Instrument, F&G, ESD, ICSS, and Telecoms design on the project
Give design clarifications and advise on engineering queries / change proposals raised during completion.
Review and comment on contractors / sub-contractors spares and special tools recommendations.
Witness factory acceptance test and performance test of equipment, when required.
Support and assist the Project Manager and the project completions team in the preparation and updating of commissioning and operating procedures manuals.
Develop start-up procedures in conjunction with the commissioning and operations team
