Activities:
- Start up and develop the SRS cluster in Chennai aimed to support repair and installation activities in Asia and Middle East
- Build a network of local subcontractors that can be used to support SRS activities
-Assist in recruiting workers that will become SRS local team
-Prepare quotations, planning and execution plans for the repair and installation activities
-Supervise the logistics necessary in order to properly execute above activities (logistic to be handled by SRS operational team)
-Project manage from time to time when required above activities
-Improve internal business within the V.Group and source new business with 3rd party clients
-Manage the operations within budget
-Support the finance functions
-Be accountable for performances of the undertaken works
-Comply with the ISO quality standards
-Timely report to the Managing Director
Required background: ship repairs, dry-docking, offshore installations, marine workshops, riding squads
