MCI headquarters is located in Denmark, while the three production sites are located in China. Today, MCI Group employs approximately 6,600 people and offers three unique products: dry containers, reefer containers and Star Cool reefer machines. Internal Sales Assistant
The position
MCI is currently seeking an Internal Sales Assistant (32 hours weekly) to join our global Sales & Marketing team in Tinglev. The position is an internal sales function with focus on after sales service for our Star Cool reefer machine.
Your main responsibility as the Internal Sales Assistant will be daily administrative tasks, order processing in our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system and coordination with other departments. Thus, you will enjoy a broad contact surface internally in the organisation.
As Internal Sales Assistant, your main responsibilities are:
· Spare part sale and invoicing to customers all over the world
· Handling inquiries and order processing incl. debtor follow-up
· Updating of our e-sales system
Your profile
You have basic office training, an understanding of administrative routines and documented experience working with ERP based order-handling/internal sales. Finally you have good English skills and a sound understanding for cultural differences.
As a person you are a well-organized and detail oriented self-starter, who takes responsibility. It is important that you are service minded and have a sense of urgency.
