We are looking to recruit someone to manage and execute the Marketing Communications activities of the Floating Offshore Installations (FOI) business (both Programme and business as usual activities) to ensure that they are aligned with the overall strategy and business needs. The role will report to the Head of Business Development FOI. Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the delivery of the Marketing Communications strategy as part of the wider FOI business plan linking closely with the LR Marine & Energy Marketing strategies.  To identify country specific requirements and develop marketing plans and associating execution plans.
2. Responsible for researching, proposing, producing and managing the implementation of promotional materials and collateral to strengthen FOI sales activities i.e. planning and execution.   
3. Responsible for providing direction and management of drafting, writing, layout design, proofing and publication of internal and external communications, including articles for trade journals, newsletters, adverts, brochures, online messaging and internal newsletters e.g. compile an overview of subject matter experts in LR and challenge them to write on their subjects.  Integrate the marketing material of LR acquisitions.  Establish reference lists.
4. Responsible for the development and maintenance of any FOI specific material held on the LR Group website.  
5. Managing attendance at exhibitions globally including development of the stand and exhibitions logistics.  Negotiate with service providers.  Organise LR FOI seminars / webinars, conferences.  Make activity visible for all involved on the hub and in planning and reporting.    .
6. Responsible for delivering effective written communications at short notice.  
7. Working with other members of the Global Marketing Communications community both within Energy, Marine and Group to contribute to initiatives and ensure FOI is delivering best practise. Job Requirements:

Experience and understanding of the workings of the Offshore industry desirable.
Experience and undertaking of marketing communications in a B2B environment.
Specific knowledge of branding and promotions strategies and techniques.
Specific knowledge of design considerations including the principles of corporate identity.
Professional writing and communication skills including the ability to adjust writing styles to suit a range of communications.
Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills with colleagues, clients and suppliers at all levels
Excellent proficiency in English and a proven ability to work effectively and professionally across different cultural environments.
Experience in a regional or global organisation
Degree level education in Marketing Communication / Business qualification
