As Senior Well Intervention Engineer your main responsibilities will include

Manage one or more offshore Well Intervention teams. Periodic supervision of onshore Well intervention Engineers and Supervisors in their planning and execution of work programmes.
Implement controls and processes to safeguard the technical integrity of well completion and intervention activities at the same time as driving performance improvement by using appropriate tools and techniques.
Be a key interface with customer Sub surface and production Asset Teams, well and completion design engineers and well construction teams.
Efficiently allocating and managing adequate resources to maximise production and minimise expenditure and to facilitate timely and cost effective execution of all activities.
Lead teams to perform to their maximum, sometimes with mixed cultures and language challenges.
Generate Time, Cost and technical programmes for all types of well intervention operations, comliant with company policies and current government legislation.
You must be fully conversant with well control criteria, equipment specification-selection and techniques and also with well servicing operational practices
Able to communicate with authority, and motivate others in sometimes difficult work conditions
Provide strong and effective health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) leadership
Weekend duty cover may be required on rotational basis

Education, Experience, Technical Qualifications:
Ideally North Sea operator/combined oilfield services experience within the last five years
IWCF Certificate
Offshore Medical
Offshore Survival
Ideally Degree qualified
IT skills with the understanding of Excel and Microsoft Word
