Shutdown Coordinator

Our client is an international energy services company operating in engineering & production facilities, well support and gas turbine services. Employing over 28,000 personnel worldwide they operate in 50 countries

As Shutdown Coordinator your main responsibilities will include

Take complete ownership of the installation shutdown.
Provide assistance to Maintenance and Operations support and be accountable for the progress of the shutdown preparation. Ad-hoc visits offshore to respective installation.
Co-ordinate implementation resource, supervise and provide direction to offshore resource during the implementation.
Accountable for the maintenance shutdown floating networks within SAP.
Accountable in generating the Preparations tracker.
Provide major input to critical path implementation logic
Liaise with shutdown planner to frequently update shutdown plan and to give regular updates to changes.
Ensure each work scope has an offshore owner, each with clear accountabilities and responsibilities.
Provide daily progress updates during shutdown implementation phase

Specific Training / Specialist Skills:
Good project engineering skills
SAP experience

Experience:
Experience within the Oil & Gas Industry, preferably engineering/maintenance with supervisory experience
Shutdown co-ordinator experience
