Location: Beziers Job Summary: The New Works Project Manager is responsible for carrying out various projects and development operations on the entire SLB Beziers site. He/she is required to visit all areas and buildings of the CAMERON site on a regular basis. He/she is able to receive instructions of various needs and of very different levels. He/she coordinates simple office refurbishments, simple event preparation, to the installation of production equipment, building renovation or construction. He/she is responsible for : Managing the problems related to the consultation of suppliers and/or subcontractors. Write specifications and dynamic schedules. Consult, apply and enforce environmental, safety and quality regulatory standards and/or interact with the relevant departments. Establish at least 3 competitive quotes above 2500? according to the SLB purchasing policy. Seek cost reductions. Be able to draw up a project financial statement in order to validate it, with deadlines for completion. The New Works Project Manager refers to the Maintenance Manager and/or the New Works Supervisor and/or the BIR Supervisor for the validation of his/her projects. He/she will have the site plans modified by the New Works Supervisor, and will have the DTE (Technical Documentation E) checked at the end of each project in terms of the DTE by the same managers. The New Works Project Manager constantly prioritizes these projects and communicates the schedule, progress through dashboards, etc. as regularly as possible, through Power Point type presentations. He/she may be required to supervise subcontractors' work. He/she ensures that the work sites run smoothly and that the prevention plans, internal regulations and work permits are in place and properly applied. To do this, he/she is in permanent contact with the HSE coordinator of the maintenance department, who helps him/her in this process. He/she manages the placing of orders in SAP, he/she receives and manages them in terms of deadlines and prices, within his/her competence, he/she resolves financial or other disputes with suppliers and/or S/T. He/she organizes and puts in place all the means necessary for the smooth running of his/her work sites (equipment rentals, help with marking, communication, reception of suppliers and/or S/T). Essential Responsibilities and Duties: Plans with information, to appropriate departments, as needed. Connects or is able to supervise an S/T team upstream for the proper implementation of the PDP or work permit for their interventions. Works in conjunction with the HSE Associate in charge of the S/T work permit. Ensure compliance and safety in accordance with current legislation both from an environmental (ICPE) and labor law perspective. Reception of the subcontractors. Manages the operational side of the site. Plans access to the site. Anticipates the needs of subcontractors, fire permits on site, aerial work platforms (he/she checks the related authorizations) etc. He/she places orders. Carries out or anticipates energy cuts. Ensures the respect of markings and other safety rules and therefore the proper application of the work permit Regularly reports progress and blockages on the sites to the Maintenance Manager or New Work Supervisor. Ensures the cleanliness and final result of the work sites, closes work orders and work permits. Coordinates work activities on site. Ensures the smooth running of the work vis-a-vis the activity in place. Manages with the BIR the planning of the forklifts, aerial work platforms or other means lent or rented. Enforces good practices and other HSE regulations, internal rules SLB Beziers. Ensures to establish a Coswin work order and his work permit, if necessary, for each intervention on our site. Each job must be executed with a work order in COSWIN and therefore with its analysis of the need for a work permit or not. Assists in the preparation of estimates and costings in conjunction with the Maintenance Manager and/or New Work Supervisor. Monitors the orders in progress and ensures that they are received on a weekly basis. He/she is the main contact for requests outside Coswin: costings for the management, special events (customer visits, special events, etc.) Qualifications: Technical Skills: Master the computer tools Microsoft Office, EXCEL, COSWIN, SAP, POWER BI, PROJECT Master the drawing tools Autocad 2D or 3D and if possible Revit. Respect and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations To have the authorizations of electric consignments Behavioral skills: Be able to work in a team, know how to be available and sometimes act quickly. Develop the ability to set up schedules and manage actions with high co-activity and intense stress. Fluent in French Type of Experience: Experience in organizing industrial work sites, in the world of machine tools, industrial equipment, building maintenance, managing suppliers or subcontractors, managing quotes, orders.Experience required: Minimum 5 years in the world of industrial supplier/subcontractor management in the civil engineering and industrial equipment fields.Degree/Certification: Maintenance, Construction/Civil Engineering with a strong focus on industrial project monitoring/implementation.SLB is an equal employment opportunity employer.
