Global in outlook, local in practice - and with a united, shared passion for discovering solutions, we hire talented, driven people and support them to succeed, personally and professionally.Job DescriptionProject: document compliance mapping task and process automationTasks:1 Responsible of processing and completing invoices through Document Compliance process.2 Management of all simulation errors appearing in Document Compliance process.3 Engagement with main stakeholders to ensure seamless processing of actions needed to continue with Document Compliance process.4 Management and resolution of cases blocked for payment5 Review email assigned to Document Compliance team and provide assistance to the requests received.6 Support with automation and digitalization of Document Compliance process.Office 365 portfolio, and nice to have but no a must: Power BI or any platform of programming.Lenguages: English must, Portuguese nice to have but not a must .
